The Pulsar Telos LRF XL50 is Pulsar’s flagship handheld thermal imager, the first monocular to feature a large-format 1024 × 768, 12 µm HD Lynred sensor with NETD < 40 mK and a smooth 50 Hz refresh rate, delivering unmatched detail even at high magnification. It offers 2.5×–20× optical magnification with up to 8× digital zoom, all presented on a high-resolution 1024×768 AMOLED display, enhanced by Pulsar’s Image Boost technology for clarity across varied scenes. With detection ranges up to 2,300 m (~2,500 yd) and an embedded laser rangefinder accurate to ±1 m out to 1,000 m, this device balances long-distance performance and compact ergonomics. It includes 64 GB internal memory, onboard video/photo recording with audio, Wi‑Fi connectivity (dual‑band) via Stream Vision 2 app, and ambidextrous ergonomic controls with haptic feedback on a rugged, IPX7-rated housing. Powered by an LPS 7i 6,400 mAh Li‑ion battery, the Telos achieves approximately 7–8 hours of runtime, supports external USB‑C power, and is upgradeable within the Telos modular system for future enhancements.
