It houses a 384×288 VOx sensor with 12 µm pixels and NETD ≤ 18 mK, paired to a fast 25 mm F/1.0 germanium lens, producing a crisp native 2× optical magnification and up to 4× digital zoom—effective detection extends to roughly 1,375 yards. Its upgraded 1440×1080 AMOLED display boasts 97 % more pixels and 80 % larger viewing area compared to the previous generation, and supports use as a compact handheld unit, helmet-mounted monocular, weapon sight, or thermal clip‑on in front of scopes up to 6× magnification. With a magnesium‑alloy body, IP67 ruggedness, onboard video/photo recording (with audio) to 64 GB storage, USB‑C external power support, Wi‑Fi streaming, and a rechargeable 18650 battery giving ~6.5 hours runtime, the MICRO V2 delivers pro‑level thermal performance in a remarkably lightweight and modular package (<12.7 oz, ~325 g).
